Khalid Zakaria, M.D.
Medical Director
Khalid Zakaria, MD is a private primary care physician and hospitalist who currently serves as the Section Chief of Hospital Medicine in the Department of Internal Medicine at Providence-Providence Park Hospitals. He has held numerous administrative positions including the Associate Program Director of the Internal Medicine Residency Program at Providence Hospital, the Program Director for the newly founded Wayne State Internal Medicine Program at Crittenton Hospital, and the Medical Director at Providence-Providence Park Hospitals.

Basim Dubaybo, M.D.
Administrator
Basim Dubaybo, MD is a board-certified and licensed physician in the state of Michigan. He is a pulmonologist/ intensivist by training. He is an experienced administrator having served as Chief of Staff for the Jon D. Dingell VAMC and Vice Dean for Faculty Affairs and Professional Development at Wayne State University school of medicine in Detroit, MI.

Jennifer Shamoun-Fisk, BSN, RN
Director of Nursing
Jennifer Shamoun-Fisk, BSN, RN is a graduate of the University of Detroit-Mercy nursing program and the Nutrition and Food Science program at Wayne State University. She has been a Critical Care RN for over 16 years with experience in hospital and community based program management.

Abigail Schuch
Volunteer Coordinator
Abigail Schuch graduated from Michigan State University and is a first-year medical student at Wayne State University. During her time as an undergraduate student, she volunteered for a hospice program in Lansing and also served as a volunteer coordinator for the MSU Pre-Medical Association.
