Levels of Hospice Care
The following levels of care are available through our program, based on the needs of each individual:
Standard Home Care
Our staff will provide service through structured home visits.
Continuous Care
With any complications or a change in status, a nurse will remain in-home until symptoms are controlled.
Respite Care
If the patient’s primary care provider requires temporary relief, they will be transitioned to a nursing facility for the duration of this period.
